The Services are available on our Platform. We may also collect your Personal Information in order to suggest or provide you with additional recommendations, services and\/or products tailored to your needs and reflecting the aforementioned mission.<\/span><\/p>\n

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF REAL ESTATE COLLECTION STAFF<\/b><\/h2>\n

Within COLLECTION IMMOBILI\u00c8RE, we have assigned the following roles and responsibilities:<\/span><\/p>\n

The Privacy Officer is responsible for:<\/span><\/p>\n

  1. the implementation of privacy policies and procedures within COLLECTION IMMOBILI\u00c8RE;<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. train our staff on privacy policies and obligations;<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. maintain a record of incidents relating to the confidentiality of personal information;<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. assess the possible consequences of a privacy incident;<\/span><\/li>\n
  5. notify the Commission d\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 l\u2019information du Qu\u00e9bec in the event of an incident related to the protection of privacy likely to cause serious harm; and<\/span><\/li>\n
  6. participate in the detection of confidentiality risks and notify responsible persons in the event of a confidentiality incident.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    The Operations Manager is responsible for:<\/span><\/p>\n

     <\/p>\n

    1. ensure that all employees have signed the confidentiality agreement and that it is saved on the server;<\/span><\/li>\n
    2. ensure that employee access rights to the server are controlled;<\/span><\/li>\n
    3. ensure that all Third Party Providers have and comply with a privacy policy; and<\/span><\/li>\n
    4. help identify privacy breach risks and notify responsible individuals in the event of a privacy incident.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      The administrative staff is responsible for:<\/span><\/p>\n

       <\/p>\n

      1. the collection of Personal Information from Users;<\/span><\/li>\n
      2. obtain consent for the use of Users' Personal Information;<\/span><\/li>\n
      3. sign and comply with the confidentiality agreement; and<\/span><\/li>\n

          DEFINITION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION<\/b><\/h2>\n

           <\/p>\n

          THE "\u00a0<\/span>Personal Information<\/b>\u00a0\u00bb<\/span> are those that are specifically associated with a natural person, for example, you, and that can be used to identify that person, either alone or in combination with other information that COLLECTION IMMOBILI\u00c8RE may have access to. Information that is made anonymous or arranged in such a way that it can no longer be used to identify a specific individual is not Personal Information. For example, a person's office mailing address is not personal information in itself, unless it is mentioned in conjunction with other information about the individual, or if its mere mention reveals Personal Information about the individual.<\/span><\/p>\n

          5. Information collected automatically when you visit our Platform, such as the type of device used, the type of browser used and\/or operating system, the site(s) visited when you arrive on the Platform, ;\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
          6. Information and statistics about your user behavior, including sales, purchases and other relevant performance and accounting information, e.g. call-to-action buttons (<\/span>call to action<\/span><\/i> or CTA) that you click on in emails sent to you by COLLECTION IMMOBILI\u00c8RE; and<\/span><\/li>\n
